I was able to understand my dominant areas of DISC and how I should use the same for my workplace effectiveness. I was also able to understand how I compensate when things are not ideal and how this affects my concentration, especially in pressure situations where I tend to lose track of specifics. It has also helped me understand my team and how they work and what their strengths are and how I can work to get the best out of them. 

This is a tool primarily designed for work but however, I found it to be very useful in explaining how I function within the family environment and how I need to work on certain aspects of my profile for helping my family life and to be a better Husband, Father and Son.
